The digital asset market structure proposal is from McHenry and Thompson. House Financial Services Committee chair Maxine Waters has sent a letter to Gary Gensler on the issue. I'm less optimistic that the stablecoin bill goes anywhere because if you want the dollar internationally, you have to get more bipartisan. Elizabeth Warren would be againststablecoins but there's no reason to be against this industry.
