How Did Rabbi Sax Make Change?

Rabbi Sylvester: I think his first, his early sermons were known to be quite difficult to follow and challenging. And Rabbi Sax developed himself as a brilliant orator, which I think captured the hearts and minds of so many people. If you just listen to it now, he's almost unrecognizable. He should forgive me for saying, but stuffy and very serious. But then you listen to more recent speeches where he had such a beautiful self-deprecating sense of humor.
