The chinese phenomenon of lying flat, begun five years ago by a 25 year old factory worker named wo wa jong. Now the problem has morfed into its own american version, where employees show up but mae sure they do just what they are required and no more. It's far from clear how wide spread this quiet quitting is, or even whether it's entirely new.
