Are You Putting in the Work?

At traba, because we're all in person, we're actually more intentional and honest with each other an say, look, we're going to work 12 hour days. So it really feels like the comrodery of a sports team working on a garilly intense challenge. But it doesn't feel like work. It feels more like a group project at school. The whole,. the whole mic changes when you feel like your going along with the journey with other really awesome people that are aligned on the values, aligned on the mission, and really helping each other get there.
