How to Be a Successful Junior Developer
I think especially for newer developers, especially junior developers who are trying to get into this field I think what doesn't get talked about enough is that it's a huge risk for a company to hire someone who's a junior developer. And the people hiring you and your teammates every like they just genuinely have to like you as a person as a human being. There are certain people who maybe are not quote unquote as qualified as they should be to do the job but if you genuinely like this person, you're probably going to hire him or her. So by making yourself more well rounded in the sense of like spending more time doing your hobbies and just living life gives you interesting things to talk about
