I feel like Sam Levinson was not responsible in the way that he did that. A lot of these characters didn't really suffer consequences or there was no message to say this was not okay. And maybe that's a hot take because it is a very explicit show, but I would show the show to a teenager if I gave birth to a child and had one. But even if no teenagers were watching this, I feel like as an audience of adults, we should feel really icky when we watch these scenes.
