Is There an Opportunity for Drop in Workspace?

The opportunity for, I think, let's say franchising, I think is absolutely there for the concept of drop in workspace in many different markets across both North America and Europe and Asia. The fact that a laptop and a Wi-Fi connection gets you connected to your employer, no matter where your employer may be on earth, that is essentially in all of the development nations around the world today. So looking at the opportunity to take any given space that might be suitable for someone to sit down with a laptop, log into work and contribute productivity to that employer, like that's everywhere. And the opportunity for that is essentially bottomless and it is going to be location specific and asset specific.
