The left does the same kind of analysis, right? When they're tracing the federalist society's influence on jurisprudence. In their framing, they're happy to talk about them because they're actually in favour of them. I don't really doubt that these donations never actually happened. But i think people should just be like, a lot more patient before jumping to conclusions. There is an appeal of a simple narrative of a good and evil - even when the facts aren't there. Getting rid of bill gates will not solve your problem, right?
