Lenon: We are more than likely facing a much more diffuse, somewhat balkanized future. i'm also sympathetic to this idea that maybe this more gorilla style form of resistance is actually where we're going to head if climate change continues to occur at the rate that it's occurring. That would create these spaces for that type of resistance to exist really well. So certainly there's reason to suspect that that is the direction things will go in. But currently it's not looking like it's going to respond very well. Regardless, i think what's important is whether we're going in that direction"
