Alzheimer's and Memory Loss

There's this false assumption that as i get older my memory is going to get worse and i'm eventually going to get Alzheimer's. That's not how memory works, our processing speeds slow down so you if you're over 50 you probably feel this like uh you know it's just feels slower. Just because you're older doesn't mean your memory will decline in fact the man who from Japan who memorized over a hundred thousand digits of pie was 69 years old when he did that. There are a number of things we can do also to to maintain our brain health and maintain our memory health.
