What Does It Mean to Work Smarter?

I'm always a fan of like summary and link because I want to know how many people were actually interested in that topic versus, yeah, I can gauge the open rates. The last thing we have, we always have a little funny thing at the end. It's usually one of the most click things, but that also tells me how many people made it to the bottom of the email. Same way. Like I am always looking at that because yeah, it tells you, did they read? Cool.
