The Role of Rest in the Day
The idea that rest is interwoven into the rhythm of work and creativity versus something that happens Outside or after this is actually quite radical. I've been doing this new practice lately Also trying to build it into the practice of taking like real genuine breaks during the day where I just take you know Like 10 minutes of contemplative prayer in the middle of the work Precisely to like be okay with that incompleteness and actually experience rest in the midst of incompletion.
