Why Are Interest Rates So High?

We asked 1,000 Australians what they think is causing interest rates to be so high. Prices going up was the largest factor followed by disruptions in supply chains and reserve bank overreacting. Federal government at 31%, war in Ukraine at 25% and wages rising too quickly at 15%. None of those attribute the direct blame to the government.
