The writer is really small. Our conscious mind is has very limited capacity. It's overloaded very easily. And so any viable system where we're going to actually change our behavior has got ta respect the elephant. We are thi tiny rider, and you're not going to make the elephant do something radically different what the elephant wants to do. But you can guide it, and you can nudge it in a certain directiond.
