How to Sleep Better
Sleep is a huge problem for Americans and very comorbid to a lot of medical issues. Don't eat right before you go to bed because it could disrupt sleep from what I've read. There's also bed and breakfast ice cream with chunks of waffles. By the way, melatonin does not help you fall asleep. It just helps you establish your 24 hour rhythm.
