Building SOPs for Your Business

The talk was by Bonnie Christine who has like community and I'm trying to remember what she does. One of the things she talked about was building like SOPs for your business, which is like standard operating procedure. She would calculate how many hours am I putting into the business in a year and then figure out like, so what does that mean?
