How to Create a Mobile Site That Really Rocks

We've all three of us have been tweeting a lot about mobile versus native websites or native apps. I think the fundamental problem that people start with is that they don't find out where the customers are. Where are people looking for you? If you're angry bugs, then a lot of people are searching for you in the app store. But if you care about them, they might start buying. For me, mobiles like an iStar, you only sometimes want poorly optimized sites or sites that don't yet support mobiles.
