The Importance of Living in a Cheap Apartment
When she was 24, after a crazy divorce, I met a guy on Tinder and we ended up dating. He lived about four hours away so whenever I wanted to see him, I had to drive eight hours in total. The day that I moved in, I saw our next door neighbor sitting outside on a little outdoor chair and table set. There was no heater and only the air conditioning worked. We pretty much just work and come home and play video games, with headsets so we didn't make much noise. She started sobbing saying that her baby had cancer and she just wished that the baby could sleep. Not once did I hear her baby cry at 3 p.m.
