You have to build the long term relationships, but also you're in a position where you need sails, like cashis oxygen. You almost have to do some of the short, shorter, sigted stuff in the very beginning so that you can do the longer term stuff down the road. It's usually setting up speaking events, et cetera, n not doing hem yourself, picking and choosing,. And really spending time with your team to figure out who likes to do that, who's good at it.
