When we were designing the relay, we didn't know what the payload would be. And so where in relay, we had designed a frame and then put the payload that fits inside that frame. Here we designed the payload and then built a frame around it. The most important thing was to be able to carry a payload that, you know, had a depth big enough to hold food trains, food compartments.
