The SEC Sues Richard Hart and the Hex and Pulse Project
The SEC finally went after Richard Hart and the hex and pulse stuff. It's a very strange situation, but I think this is just a lesson of how if you make claims about earning 40% a year and you call your investment product basically a CD that makes you a big-ass target. This is why I don't quote unquote invest in a lot of altcoin projects. But look, we can see another example of something that's been happening around the world: The whole thing was suspended in Kenya because they're worried about exploitation.
