The Tree of Life

i experience a simultaneous pull back down into the ground. This draws my mind into the roots that dig deep into the earth, as well as the strong and sturdy trunk that pushes up out of it. And i can feel very powerfully that sense of rootedness... I imagine that this tree will be here long after i'm gone. The branches and the roots, the high and the low, heaven and earth, i sense, are inseparately united somehow in the tree.
