The Mystery of Jim Miller and John Peel
Jim Miller was allegedly one of the eyewitnesses that saw John Peel driving the skiff. He had testified against him in the first trial in 1986. The defense looked into Jim and noticed a few strange things about him. His name wasn't even Jim Miller, his name was Kenneth Harvey Robertson. At the time, he was a convicted arsonist who was actively wanted in Arizona for burning down a building.
