The Importance of Integration in Gitter

Gitter was set up from the beginning to favor more of an integration type approach. It wasn't part of some master plan, it just was. We recognized early on that people didn't need to be in the office every day. A lot of the things you hear are based on how can we create a company where everybody feels the same way I do or I'm sure you do? That is challenging the status quo.
