The Role of Governance in Leadership
I would even say start with a learning audit and just ask everyone in the organization, what would you like to learn to help you do your job better? And then also, how can we put this into practice almost immediately? I think governance is a missing piece. Most of the other elements were there, but people embedded governance in leadership or they embedded it somewhere else. You always report to somebody. That's just the way it is.
