Is There Utility for the Open Ended Overexcitability Questionnaire?
There's still some utility for the open ended overexcitability questionnaire. Frank Falk and I have talked about how we wish that committee would think about measuring overexcitability from like a neurological or physiological perspective. The few studies that look into changing somebody who is open to experience to make them more open show minor shifts as a result of traditional interventions. This also is going to have a real impact because we are looking at another body of research that takes a look at the relationship between measured intelligence and measured creativity.
