Do you have an existing brand guideline somewhere do you need one do you not need one if and since that's being talked about from the start I'll talk about expectations right away. If a client doesn't have a very strong brand identity or they they do that really annoying thing where they're like yeah so um we just want our website done but we don't really want any of the branding changed is a classic red flag for me. Make sure that things are approved before you move on to the next one, those figure on the the scope agreeing to the scope before you moveon to the next bit is a big oneyeah.
