The Role of a Good Teacher

I've had teachers before, but i don't have one now. Teachers i've had before have been mixed quality on the feedback stuff. What i get from youtube is, here's some stuff to work on. Youtube doesn't tell you what you're doing wrong. The problem of you tubes is always more stuff.
