Jana partners is taking aim at maceyis the actifis investor, urging the department store chain to spin off its e commerce business into a separate entity. Jana saying the move could be worth about 14 billion dollars, o roughly double macey's currency market cap. We seein this play book before with sacks and what it did with its commerce unit.
