The Cycle of Grief

Grief is the anguish we experience after a significant loss. Jesus says in John 12 24 very truly I tell you unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies It remains only a single seed, but if it dies it produces many seeds. Acknowledging your pain is imperative if you want to be healed You cannot be healed if you don't acknowledge your pain.
