"I fully expected at any moment to get blown up," he says. "You could just hear it repeated, repeated, you would hear the sirens and you got,. but then you could hear, you could also hear a pin drop" He was standing on Canal Street in Chinatown with friends when they saw the second tower collapse. It took those guys another 56 minutes to go from the 25th floor to the lodge.
