The Importance of Transparency in Remote Work
Transparency is something that every single remote to a company I've worked with or studied defaults towards and some more certain than others. Streepening that trust and building the psychological safety around it is what remote work companies are incredibly, incredibly good at. Another one to look at is Gitland who literally put everything out on the web and you can go look at how their company works. They've got an immense amount of transparency that is a super path for the organization. There's no friction in that system at all for anyone.
