Can Democrats Get Ten Republicans to Vote for This?

There's just a whole bunch of great things in this bill. The question is, can democrats get ten republicans to vote for this? Which brings us to the filibuster. I've talked about this before. First, you could carve out voting rights as being so fundamental to our democracy that it should only be held to a 51 threshold. Would would mansion and and cinema go for that? Let's see what happens.
