I was curious about your thoughts and your experience from having worked with people, just about this situation of people who they want it, but they don't really want it. And so when I went back to write the book, I reversed engineered it to help people unstuck. It's first helping you get unstuck, figuring out what the very next step is then taking action. Getting in shape is very similar to having an art career. The motivation doesn't start with a commitment; it starts with a show up. You're never going to find it without showing up.
