How to Improve Your Swimming Technique
The best thing you can do for your swimming is probably yes to swim more but the second best thing and this is also hugely important is to have appropriate doses of intensity in your swimming on a regular basis. Don't put the blinder blenders on and get single-mindedly focused on just doing more swimming volume from a physiological perspective. Get a video analysis not just once but every time, that's what i would say without a doubt getting a video analysis without a doubt get a video analysis all the time so jeff may well be a turkey but as you imply this can be changed it because muscle fibers are amazingly malleable.
