Is There a Morbidity Mortality Process?

There is no equivalent process for morbidity mortality processes. In most hospitals, there's a mechanism by which everyone in the chain can submit what's called a patient safety report or something similar. This happens within the hospital a system. And then, you know, in surgery and the the medical professional sort of police themselves through the morbid an mortality process,. at least in academic centers. The morbility indm conference was more cultural it's defenly within the accrediting bodies to participate in this kind of event.
