OGL 1.1 Is Not a Copyright Violation

There's no affirmative duty on wizards to investigate offensive content. The OGL 1.1 is meant to avoid that potential trap. Paizo ripped off their game mechanics and then outsold them for four years, I know this because wizards keep saying it. And even if they did and they didn't pull ex offensive thing, they would have the full right to pull Y offensive thing that's substantively similar,. Even identical to X. So at least I'm happy we made Genesah happy. But there are three broad areas of things that we could have covered in more depth.
