Is There a CFA in the Early Stage Companies?

When I first started around the same time as Jeff, it was actually in the term sheet that you deposit the financing in Silicon Valley bank. That was a contractual thing because we didn't want you depositing in some bank we never heard of or in a maybe a money center bank where we couldn't have a relationship. The relationship that we had with Silicon Valley bank and the terms we knew existed made it the best place to put that capital. And I think, you know, in term sheets probably starting tomorrow, you're going to deposit this thing,. You know, the $10 million I give you for the Series A in compliance with the first mark risk credit and treasury methodology which will be
