Once customers get more mature or anyone could do this, once someone is more mature, I recommend those steps because it's the easiest way to know whether or not the channel is working. So you just have more creative flexibility on the actual graphic instead of just like copy, sass, screen shotters or person animations. And so I think there's a thought leadership aspect as long as the content is good.
