Freelancers - How Do You Get Paid?
I think it's good to always find work that challenges you at least a little bit. When I look for job fit in a project, I look to have somewhere between 80 and 60% match on skills. And this allows me to learn on every project. People expect that you will not be skilled or a specialist with the specific thing that they're working with. But other people just think about the value and if you are doing something that is special and unique, you can get paid that.
