The teens at a Wasp facility in Tijuana had calluses and blisters on their feet from being made to run laps without shoes. In the worst example, one kid was made to lay prone in his underwear for three nights while fire ants crawled all over him. If he dared move, he'd get shocks from a cattle prod. It's absolutely an action order. But with all these extremely dodgy and dangerous behaviors happening at all these schools,. it was inevitable that some kids were and are going to die.
