The Importance of Being Flexible
Gollnes: "I would never have changed this for anything" She says she has learned to be flexible, adaptable and being open and real as a teacher. Gollnes' first experience of formally teaching in a classroom was in South Korea. 'It doesn't mean that one is easier than the other or one is more difficult than the other,' she adds.
