The Importance of Helping Others
I think there is a disposition of Latin American founders that want to help other Latin American founders. And so I think that at least from what I've seen over the last decade, as they're becoming more successful people, there's more willingness. But my reflection on this from a personal standpoint is that it's actually selfish to help. People like giving without expecting anything in return - which is key for any ecosystem.
