Python - Is There a Package Level Directory?

A package is something i install from pi p i. Sometimes it's just a directory with an inite file in it, a, i don't know. Hwyo, so pite the mical you teach people about that, do you ever like to stumble with this partor jus? Both seems complicated ind an overly simplicity. But anyway, iis kind of interesting.
