Most of, i think 85 % of our low maturity organizations said that product decisions were er made by leadership. And in the same survey, they reported that a most of their er business decisions,. were influenced by p politics or by a supply relationship ad unless this contrasts with just the amount of bottom up decision making that happens in highly mature organizations. Most of those organizations reported that ad their decisions were based on qualitative insight and quantitive. If we base it on customer insight, then there's one source of the truth.
