The Practice of Clarifying Your Thoughts
A, i think the practice of clarifying your thought can apply to every single thing in your life. Even if you're not good with words, just like the exercise of getting your thoughts out on screen, paper, whatever it is. I'm originally from vienna, austria, so fortunately, i get to go back there quite a bit. You know, i've found that that's added to tremendous of value to my life and also is probably one of the best avenues for you to learn more about yourself. This is a segment i call quick questions. It's the only segment i have on this show at this point.
