We approached our competitor and we did a strategic plan internally. We figured out that the market would consolidate because of the dynamics. The partners from this competitor, they were acquired by a fund that we brought. It was quite incompatible because they wanted to distribute 100% of the ring fast 100%. So at the end, we turned out a car in their shares before getting back to reinvesting 100%.
