The Art-Elect War: A New Dichotomy

We are getting closer to a DeGarras style Terrans versus cosmos scenario, right? I don't think it's going to be quite as explicit as he thought where you have like an army of robots flying the cosmos flag and an army of humans with Uzi flying the Terran flag or something. But still, I think the political battles in the next era are going to have an explicit Terran versus cosmos flavor,. which is a different thread, right?
