The timeframes might differ not just based on the clinical presentation, but on your system. Some institutions do a lot more pneumatic retinopexi than others and that could be explained by OR access. Luckily, you know, at an institution where I am or access is readily available. So we have all of those options available. But I don't think it's fair to a lot of places in the country where that OR access is really not available. That's no fault of the surgeons. It's, it's a system.
