Intro
This chapter explores the discontent of the Jewish people post-exile as reflected in the final chapters of Malachi. The dialogue addresses their conflicts with God, touching on themes of faith, worship, and the role of God's messenger in the fulfillment of biblical promises.
The book of Malachi ends with a bold accusation—“Will a man rob God?”—but that’s just one of three major disputes tackled in the final chapters. From tithing and justice to cynicism and sacred calling, these final prophetic words pack both heat and hope. Malachi 3–4 challenges us to return to God not just with our actions, but with our hearts. And as the Old Testament closes, it points forward to a coming Messenger—one who will refine, restore, and reign.

Malachi’s final words don’t just end a book—they launch a movement. These chapters challenge us to trust God, return to Him fully, and prepare our hearts for the coming King. The Old Testament may close in silence, but it ends with expectation.
